Cyclone Alfred Update - 05/03/25

 

As a result of the impending arrival of Cyclone Alfred, Best Pool Supplies would like to advise that customers may experience delays in receiving any orders placed over the coming days.

A number of the freight companies we utilise will cease operations in SEQ this week but please rest assured that we our team will be working to ensure that all orders are dispatched as quickly as possible as soon as normal service with our freight partners resume.

We would also like to advise that our showroom will be closed from the 6th of March to the 9th of March and will reopen on Monday the10th, trading our normal advertised business hours.

Our customer service team are planning to still be contactable via phone and email from 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. In the instance where we experience any loss of power and customers cannot reach us, please leave us a message and we will return your call/email as soon as power is restored.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and hope everyone stays safe throughout the upcoming storm.

We are pleased to advise that our team are back in the office today and are hard at work getting your orders prepared for dispatch.

Our showroom will be open from today and our customer service team are on the phones waiting for your call.

Over the coming days, our team will do their best to work through the backlog of orders we have accumulated over the past few days. However, we wish to advise customers that whilst our freight partners have resumed pickups today, delays are to be expected due to depot closures.

We appreciate your patience during this time and we will do our very best to ensure customers are kept up to date with orders.
