Return and Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund.

Conditions

  • Contact us within 30 days of purchase to obtain a Return Authority Number (RAN) before sending anything back.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Returns not in original packaging may attract additional fees.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return freight is at the customer's expense.
  • Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days.

 

Restocking Fees

A 20% restocking fee applies to most returns. The following exceptions apply:

  • Above Ground Pools & Spas — flat $100 restocking fee
  • Daisy Pool Covers — 20% if the cover has not been used on water; 40% if it has
  • Daisy Rollers & Accessories — 15% restocking fee
  • Bestway and MSpa Above Ground Pools & Spas where packaging has been opened and the pool set up — cannot be returned

 

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrectly Supplied Items

No restocking fee applies and return freight is covered by Best Pool Supplies.
