With an 5 star energy rating the ProMaster Pool Pump also uses up to 70% less energy than a regular fixed speed 1 hp pump.

Variable speed motor –you get to decide the optimal speed for you. Use the controls to set the motor speed between 1,500rpm to 3,600rpm to suit your operation;
Quiet operation, 50 dBa on speed 1. The water-cooled motor dampens the noise and vibration;
The Davey Pool Pump has a selectable backwash cycle. It ensures that you can safely backwash your media filter without straining your pump;
Air ventilation is not required for the motor which means a greater number of options for installation;
Motor protection, in case there is no water available the pump will automatically shut down;
