Zodiac pH Up (Soda Ash) raises low pH levels in swimming pools to help maintain the ideal range of 7.2 to 7.8. Its sodium carbonate formula is suited to pools where pH is the main concern, helping improve water balance, swimmer comfort and chlorine effectiveness. It can also slightly increase Total Alkalinity, making it useful when both pH and alkalinity levels are low.

APPLICATION
Dosage Rate:
- If pH is below 6.8, add 100 g per 10,000 litres of pool water.
- If pH is between 6.8 and 7.0, add 80 g per 10,000 litres of pool water.
- If pH is between 7.0 and 7.2, add 60 g per 10,000 litres of pool water.
Dissolve the product in a bucket of pool water, then distribute the solution evenly around the edges of the pool while the filter is running. Keep the filter operating for 4 to 6 hours.
PRO TIPS
- Do not add more than 2 kg per 50,000 litres of pool water within any 6-hour period. This helps avoid metals plating out on the pool surface if metals are present.
- The product may cause temporary cloudiness during application.
- Ideal for raising both Total Alkalinity and pH when both levels are low.
- Run the pump and filter for at least 3 hours before retesting the water.
