VIC / WA Warehouse Operating Hours

GO 3PL Melbourne will close at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, 24th December, and reopen at 7:00 AM on Monday, 5th January for collection.

Diana's Contract Bellevue WA - Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day for collection.

Supplier Timeframes

To ensure we can provide the extensive range of products we offer, we partner with a variety of suppliers and often dispatch goods directly from their warehouse. 

As a result, we cannot guarantee a pre-Christmas delviery if your order is placed after the dates with the respective suppliers.*

Acoustic Box Pump & Filters - manufacturing and dispatching up to 19/12/2025 - closed from 22nd December to Monday 5th January

Bond Chemicals - closed public holidays otherwise operating as normal

Kawana Chlorinators - closed from 19th December to Monday 5th January

Crystal Aquatic Systems - Last orders and deliveries on Tuesday 23rd Decemebr and reopenning on Monday 5th January

Spa-Craft - Last day of trading on Tuesday 23rd Decemebr and reopenning on Friday 2nd January

Pool Systems  - closed public holidays and Friday 2nd otherwise operating as normal

Daisy Pool Covers  - closed from after the 19^th of December until the 5^th of January

Abgal Pool Covers - closed from after the 24^th of December until the 5^th of January

Fluidra (Zodiac / Astral / S.R.Smith) - closed public holidays otherwise operating as normal

A number of our suppliers and trade partners a closed during the Christmas break. Best Pool Supplies is committed to providing excellent customer service and will continue to support our customers throughout the Christmas period.

However, whilst we are happy to lodge warranties and support with product issues during this period, customers may experience delays in response times due to closures. We will endevour to support our customers in any way we can and we appreciate your patience during this time.
