The Intex Krystal Clear QX2100 combines a sand filter pump with a saltwater system, so one unit filters your pool water and sanitises it. It uses the same process found in many resorts and in-ground swimming pools to keep water sparkling clear with less maintenance. It is designed for above ground pools from 2,600 to 8,500 gallons and produces 7 g/hour of chlorine.

Saltwater Sanitising

When the saltwater system is installed, a measured quantity of salt is added and dissolved in the pool water, resulting in a low salt concentration (approx. 3,000 ppm salinity). The result is soft, fresh, clean water.

Sand Filtration and Timer
