The Intex Krystal Clear SX2800 is the highest-capacity sand filter pump in this range, built for large above ground pools. It has a 2,800 GPH pump flow rate, a 14in tank and a 0.6 HP pump motor, and it is designed for pool sizes from 5,500 gal to 17,200 gal. With sand filtration, a 6-function control valve and a built-in 24-hour timer, it handles large volumes of water with little day-to-day effort.

Filtration and Control

The control valve lets you filter, backwash, rinse, re-circulate, drain and close the system. A strainer basket is easy to clean and prolongs the life of the sand, and the pump needs virtually no maintenance except replacing the sand every 5 years.

Hydro Aeration Technology

Intex's Hydro Aeration Technology brings water aeration techniques into above ground pools. This provides improved circulation and filtration, improved water clarity and increased negative ions at the water surface.

Automatic and Protected

The 24-hour timer has 2 to 12 hour pre-set cycles for automatic operation. A built-in ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) is included, and the pump meets UL/CSA standards.

Pool Compatibility

The SX2800 is compatible with the 24ft Ultra XTR Frame Pool and the 32ft x 16ft Ultra XTR Rectangular Frame Pool.
